The Sproule Family

When some of your dearest friends ask you to shoot their extended family portraits, your heart melts just a little bit. I absolutely loved shooting with the Sproule Family (owners of one of my beloved hometown restaurants, The Buff). The various personalities of the children and grandchildren was a dream to capture. Also how could I not love a family with kids named Layla (i.e. the Eric Clapton hit) and Stevie (after my all time fav Stevie Nicks)! I hope you enjoy some of the photos from our session together!

Piper has an amazing talent for capturing the spirit and moment! She’s creative and comes to the shoot with great ideas for poses. We had a large group and she somehow got us all looking at the camera and smiling (babies and pets included). She was great at being playful, fun and working with toddler attitudes. Can’t recommend her enough. We love how the photos turned out!!
